We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming conference with the title Regulatory Challenges in the Fertilising Products Area. Following the success of last year’s conference, this event promises to be an invaluable opportunity to explore and discuss pivotal topics and challenges within the fertilising products sector.
We welcome manufacturers, local authorities, and all stakeholders to join us. Our conference provides an engaging platform to build professional relationships, exchange knowledge, and address key advancements in the fertilisers sector. It offers a unique chance to network with peers and gain valuable insights into the regulatory and registration requirements for Eastern European markets.
The conference will focus on the following topics:
- Fertilising Products Regulation 2019/1009: Clarifying the latest changes of FPR (digital labelling, processed manure, etc.) and future progress.
- Experiences and challenges with different Product Function Categories (PFCs): Exploring diverse area with PFCs such as biostimulants and organic fertilizers with corresponding Modules for Conformity Assessment.
- National registration requirements in CEE region: Diving into specific national rules for registration and marketing.
- Mutual recognition of fertilising products according to Regulation 2019/515: Addressing SOLVIT cases and tackling other challenges related to the mutual recognition of fertilising products.
- Component Material Categories (CMCs) and REACH/CLP regulation: Including also CMC 10 materials with agronomic efficiency and safety criteria for Animal By-Products (ABPs) with an end-point determined.
Each topic will be explored through multiple viewpoints, encompassing perspectives from EU and member state authorities, research institutions, universities, industry leaders, and consulting companies. Our goal is to offer a thorough understanding of these issues and their impact on the regulatory framework.
